Financial and property data you enter is processed locally in your browser only to display calculations. These inputs are not transmitted to us and are not stored on our servers.
We store your theme preference (light/dark/system) in your browser’s localStorage. This serves presentation purposes and is based on our legitimate interest in a user-friendly website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can delete localStorage at any time in your browser settings.
When accessing the website and API endpoints, access data (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested URL, browser type) may be processed in server log files for technical reasons. This is based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is retained only as long as necessary for the respective purpose.
To display indicative mortgage rates, our server retrieves publicly available reference data from the European Central Bank (ECB). No personal user data is transmitted to the ECB. When following external links (e.g. BMF, Check24), the respective provider’s privacy policies apply.
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only localStorage is used for the theme preference (see section 4).

No cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device. No persistent identifiers are created; individual visitors are not tracked across pages or devices. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistical reach measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). As Vercel Inc. is based in the USA, personal data may be processed in a third country.
